I think each of us should definitely give our very best at work. Where it goes to far though is when we don't give our best to other important things in life, like family or school. Give your employer your best, but not your soul.

There's nothinh wrong about giving 100 prcent at work but the problem is are we having the same amount or workloads every day.? How about our personal being? are we not going to consider it?

This is certainly an understatement. Many people don't realize how giving your 100% in everything you do is very important.
I guess this is pretty much basic, right? That is if you want to be successful.
